Geoboom Type I Silt Curtain – GSC 100

Silt curtains are semi-permeable marine booms used to contain turbidity, siltation, and sediments and prevent them from spreading during any marine job or activity.This type of silt curtain is used in sheltered locations with calm conditions that almost have no currents or waves.

Geoboom Type II Silt Curtain – GSC 150

Our Geoboom Silt Surtains Type II are expertly designed marine barriers crafted to effectively contain turbidity, siltation, and sediment dispersion during marine operations. Ideal for sheltered environments with minimal currents or waves, these semi-permeable booms are essential for maintaining environmental integrity.

Geoboom Type III Silt Curtain – GSC 300

Silt curtains are semi-permeable marine booms used to contain turbidity, siltation, and sediments and prevent them from spreading during any marine job or activity.

This type of silt curtain is used in exposed locations with moderate to tough conditions depending on the category of type III selected. The type III comes with three different specifications: Type III GCC, Type III GCC Heavy Duty, and Type III GCC Heavy Duty Plus.

The Heavy duty and Heavy Duty plus types were first launched in the marine industry in the year 2021 by Geoseas. These types were developed, innovated, and tested together with Geoseas strategic clients to ensure that even in the toughest conditions the marine eco-system can still be protected.

Geoboom Type IV Silt Curtain – GSC 600

Silt curtains are semi-permeable marine booms used to contain turbidity, siltation, and sediments and prevent them from spreading during any marine job or activity.

This type of silt curtain is used in exposed offshore locations with strong conditions to withstand high currents and wave heights.

Geoboom Type V Silt Curtain – GSC 800

Silt curtains are semi-permeable marine booms used to contain turbidity, siltation, and sediments and prevent them from spreading during any marine job or activity.

The first every type V in the market. This type of silt curtain is used in offshore open sea conditions to withstand any type of waves and currents possible. This type is engineered and designed to ensure long term durability with no maintenance requirement.

Geoboom Submerged Silt Curtain – GSSC

Silt curtains are semi-permeable marine booms used to contain turbidity, siltation, and sediments and prevent them from spreading during any marine job or activity.

This type of silt curtain is used in locations where vessels need to pass without being interrupted by any floating object on the water surface. The curtain is usually suspended from the seabed and held in place with submerged anchoring system to withstand current regardless of direction.

Geoboom Foam Filled Oil Boom

The Foam Filled Oil boom is a light-weight oil boom that is easy to handle and can be deployed in emergency conditions as well as permanent deployments. The boom can be used in calm and open waters. The boom can be fixed on a reel if needed for ease of deployment and removal.

Geoboom Harbor Boom

The Harbor boom is a heavy-duty boom that is used in permanent installation especially near harbors and water intake. The heavy-duty oil resistant rubber material of the boom makes it robust to withstand tough conditions (currents and waves).

The floats are made of molded polyethylene foam with high buoyancy and filled with a PU closed cell foam to provide extra buoyancy in case of any accidents to prevent the boom from failing.

Geoboom Solid Floatation Boom

The solid floatation boom is a very cost-effective solution that can be deployed at calm waters, harbors, and rivers. Made of cylindrical floats that are separated by PVC welded sections to easily deploy and remove. The connection with ASTM’s slide connection, make it one of the easiest booms to assemble and deploy.

This type of oil boom is very light weight and is widely used to contain any floating debris and contain any floating objects. The boom is made of a very durable UV resistant PVC to with stand different conditions.

Geoboom Seagrass Boom

This special type of boom is used to specifically contain seagrass that disturb swimmers. The seagrass sometimes floats to the beaches leaving them with unpleasant look. The boom is made of a very durable UV resistant PVC to with stand different conditions. This type of boom has an important characteristic of optional detachable net that could be added or removed as per the user need and desire.

The Geoboom Jellyfish net is the one of a kind to provide you with a 2 in 1 option: demarcation line with Goliath 950 floats as well as a protection against jellyfish. Made of continuous floatation with UV protection and a braided net up to 9mm thickness.

Geoboom Shark Nets

Description

The Geoboom sharknet is the heaviest globally and provides a complete protection against sharks and dangerous marine creatures. The GOLIATH 950 float is made of a rigid polyethylene float that are molded at high temperature, which make them solid to withstand tough conditions.

The HARPIA shark net is provided with 15mm thickness and a border of 20mm thickness. The maintenance of the system is simple, and the net can be detached and replaced.
